If for any reason you do not like your new standard size air or
waterbed mattress or standard size flat foundation within the
first 30 days, you can return it. The 30 days begins the day your
mattress is delivered. You are responsible for all freight and
boxing. A cleaning charge or repair charge may also apply based on
the report of the independent inspectors who inspect the returned
mattress. If your returned mattress is unsanitary, carries an
odor, is stained by water or body fluids when returned, it will be
considered ruined and not returnable.
If you want to return your mattress, either telephone or email
Regin, Inc. You will be emailed return instructions. Follow the
instructions and return your mattress.
Regins 30 night in-home trial applies to all standard size, twin,
full/dbl, queen and Eastern King air and waterbed mattresses.

In-Home Trial Exceptions There is no
in-home trial on custom size mattresses as described below:

Super King or California King (72 x 84)

Super Queen (60 x 84)

Super Single (48 x 84)
-
Any Twin or Full mattress that is more
than 75 long, standard size.

RV mattresses are considered custom sizes.
Additional In-Home Trial
Exceptions

There is no in-home trial on mattresses
sold to be used with electric adjustable beds, ours or any other.

Electric adjustable beds can not be
returned.

There is also no trial and return of
Murphy Beds.
