What will I pay to have my order shipped to me?

NOTHING - Shipping is FREE - Regin pays all shipping costs - direct to your door to any location within the Continental United States.

For a quote on shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or export, please provide Regin with a complete list of everything that you are considering to order along with complete delivery address, nearest international airport and shipping port. Please provide this to us by e-mail and we will reply with shipping costs by e-mail. No obligation, of course.

What about sales tax and other costs?

There are no extra costs - Regin pays all shipping and handling to all 48 US States. There is no sales tax (except Florida). All you pay is the price of your purchase that appears on Regin's web site price list.

How can Regin offer a 90 day in-home trial period and a 20 year warranty on its products?

Product quality, design, construction, operation and performance are the key. If this were not the case, Regin could not offer such a generous return policy. Our customers love their Regin beds and will not part with them. For warranty details, click here.

What Regin styles and sizes are comparable to Select Comfort "Sleep Number" mattresses?

Regin 12" Allegro is comparable to Select Comfort "Sleep Number 5000".
Regin 10" Brio is comparable to Select Comfort "Sleep Number 4000".
Regin 8" Debut is comparable to Select Comfort "Sleep Number 3000".

Select Comfort does not offer a mattress comparable to Regin's 14" Concerto. Regin's 14" Concerto has all the benefits of an adjustable air mattress AND a visco-elastic memory foam mattress (such as Tempurpedic).

What are the differences Between Regin and Select Comfort Mattresses?

The only difference of importance is the hundreds of dollars saved by choosing Regin. Regin and Select Comfort are similar in quality of materials, design, construction, operation and performance.

Why are Regin prices so reasonable and save buyers up to 50%?

Regin sells factory-direct - no dealers or middlemen to add to the price you pay. Regin has not extravagant marketing costs, such as hundreds of nationwide mall showrooms, expensive and extensive television advertising, direct mail campaigns and the large office staff needed to manage such extensive and expensive operations. Regin sells almost exclusively over the Internet where marketing costs are minimal.

Does it make sense to pay a high price for a Select Comfort Sleep Number control?

No - As once you have determined your comfort level, the control likely will seldom be used - days, weeks, even months may pass before making an adjustment.

What are Regin's controls like and how do they work?

Controls on your new Regin adjustable air mattress are simple and easy to use. The control fits in the palm of your hand and is connected to the mattress by a thin, durable and flexible cord. Regin's controls are designed to allow for an infinite number of settings between the firmest and softest setting. Simply lay back and press firmer or softer until the mattress feels perfect! That's all there is to it. No need to pay a high price for a complicated "sleep number" control that likely will not be used for weeks or months at a time. Most people rarely change the setting once it has been set.

What material is used in Regin air chambers?

Regin uses heavy duty, 24 gage virgin vinyl - proven reliable. Regin has used this formulation exclusively for the past 20 years - none better! This special vinyl remains flexible - yet does not stretch like rubber and thus no need for a canvas covering.

Delivery - When can I expect to receive my order?

Usually in about 10 days to 2 weeks, depending upon the distance to your delivery address. Regin will e-mail. a tracking number to you, within 24 hours after your order has been shipped. You will know exactly on what day to expect delivery and you will also be able to track your shipment as it makes its way from our factory to your home.

Bed Sheets - Can I use the ones I now have?

Yes - If the mattress you order is the same size as your present bed (Queen, King, etc.), your flat and pocketed sheets will fit. The 14" Concerto uses fitted sheets with pockets at least 11" deep. If needed, sheets are readily available in local department stores, such as Walmart, J.C. Penny, etc.
