 The Flex-A-Bed Hi-Low Model 183 has a 6” rise from approximately
25” with its luxury inner spring mattress to approximately 31”, to
enable easier transfer from an electric chair or scooter.
The Hi-Low function is a back saver for attendants and care givers
in the event an individual’s condition requires this.
There is enough room under the bed to accommodate a Hoyer Lift, if
needed, to provide the individual with a greater degree of
independence.
This is the perfect choice for those in-home healthcare situations
or assisted living environments.
The Hi-Low has the full, 60 degree, range of head and foot motion
of an electric adjustable bed.
The perfect bed height and sleep position for the head and feet
are within reach with one, easy to use hand control.
The Hi-Low comes standard with a high-density foam foundation and
heavy-duty base made with 4” thick Advantech material that will
not warp, break or squeak. If desired, this foundation can
be 2” thick to make the height of the bed 2” lower.
The Hi-Low bed is available with a deluxe innerspring mattress
(available in soft, medium firm or extra firm).
Every Hi-Low bed comes standard with locking casters to prevent
unwanted bed movement.
