FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT IS A "CALL TAG"?

A call tag is the prepaid freight tag used to bring parts back to the factory.

WHO SHOULD I CALL WITH WARRANTY QUESTIONS?

You call us, Regin Sleep Systems at 1-800-474-0309.

HOW LONG BEFORE MY BED ARRIVES AFTER I ORDER IT?

Murphy Beds and DIY kits will arrive in about 10 days. Electric adjustable beds and mattresses will arrive in 2—3 weeks.

HOW MUCH ASSEMBLY IS REQUIRED ON MY AIR MATTRESS?

Not much. About 15—20 minutes average for the layman. No tools are
required. Easy to follow, illustrated instructions are included.

WHAT MAINTENANCE NEEDS TO BE DONE ON AIRBEDS?

It is suggested that you unzip the cover frequently to allow warm, trapped air to escape and prevent this from collecting on the inside cover in the form of mold.

HOW DO I DETERMINE WHICH IS THE RIGHT BED FOR ME?

Super Question. No mattress will fit the needs of all people. Your brother loves his memory foam mattress. You may not. Go sleep on it before assuming it’s the right mattress for you. Call us at 1-800-474-0309. We’ll help break it down for you. You have many options. We have latex, memory foam, innerspring, air mattresses - and don’t forget the electric adjustable beds.

WHO NEEDS AN ELECTRIC ADJUSTABLE BED & WHAT IS A HI-LOW BED?

An electric adjustable bed is ideal for those with acid reflux. With one button you have lifted your knees and thus the pressure on your lower back is no longer an issue. If you work in bed or watch television or read, you no long have to prop pillows up behind you. Just touch the button and the head of the bed goes up. It’s a wonderful piece of machinery!

The only complaint that we’ve ever heard about these beds is that the bottom sheet doesn’t stay on. That is true if you use regular fitted sheets. However, if you choose adjustable bed sheets as an optional accessory, this problem is solved. The sheets also work on the Hi-Low Electric Adjustable Beds or any other adjustable bed.

A Hi-Low Electric Adjustable Bed goes up and down, like an elevator, from as low as 24 inches to a height of 31 inches to allow those in motorized chairs or scooters to transfer to or from the bed at a like height. We can match the height of the bed to the height of the chair. This also saves a lot of lifting for care givers.

A Hi-Low Bed also elevates at the head and foot a full 60 degrees, the same as a regular
adjustable bed.

Hi-Low Electric Adjustable Beds can be paired with a Premier Electric Adjustable Bed to make a dual King adjustable bed!

CAN I GET A KING SIZE ADJUSTABLE BED?

Yes. You can get the premier adjustable bed in eastern king or California king. However, be aware that you will need a big door to get the frame through. Call first if you plan to do this. 1-800-474-0309

HOW MUCH DO WATERBEDS WEIGH?

Approximate weights: Twin -450 pounds, Full-600 pounds, Queen-700 pounds, King 900-pounds. This weight is just the mattress. You must add to this the weight of your furniture, frame and bedding. These weights are estimates that you must use to decide whether or not you can use one.

CAN I USE A REGULAR BED FRAME FOR A WATERBED?

No. Waterbed frames must have 9 legs and be especially designed to hold a waterbed.

IF I ORDER AN ADJUSTABLE ELECTRIC BED WILL IT BE BROUGHT INSIDE AND SET UP FOR ME?

Turn Key Setup is available for Hi-Low Adjustable Beds and Premier Adjustable Beds. It is an option listed in the prices. If you don’t choose it, you will get standard freight delivery, explained below.

Standard freight is “drop ship”, which means that the freight company brings the box to your address. The standard freight includes a “lift elevator” which freight company’s use to lower a heavy box from a high truck to ground level, so that your bed is not thrown or dropped off the back of the truck.

We can track your adjustable bed so that you will know what day the freight company has scheduled delivery. The bed is heavy so plan on having plenty of help bringing it in.

The only thing that has to be done besides getting the bed where it belongs is to put the casters on and put the optional side rails on. There is nothing else to assemble.

PLEASE CALL US AT 1-800-474-0309 IF WE HAVE NOT ANSWERED
YOUR QUESTION OR IF YOU JUST WANT TO TALK TO
A
REAL PERSON ABOUT THIS IMPORTANT DECISION.
