Warranty, 20 Years Pro-Rated
In the event of a problem with your mattress or a suspected
warranty issue, call Regin at 800-474-0309.
Tampering with the pump or any other part of the mattress before
the part is sent back will void the warranty on that part.
This is a manufacturer’s defect warranty and does not cover
customer damage or accidental damage.
The 20 year pro-rated warranty on Regin adjustable air
mattresses is a warranty against manufacturer’s defects and is
pro-rated as follows:

During the first 3 years,
beginning with day of delivery, parts which have become defective
due to a manufacturer’s defect are replaced at no charge to the
customer, except the actual outgoing freight and call tag to pick
up the defective item. The customer is charged freight in advance
plus a deposit on the new item which is refunded when the
defective item has been received back at the factory. When the new
item arrives, the customer fits it into the bed to assure that
this has solved the problem. Then, the customer places the
defective item in the box that the new item came in. Then, the
customer calls Regin at 800-474-0309 to say the defective part is
ready to be picked up. Regin will instruct the customer to leave
the part in the box with return address on it on a covered deck or
porch for UPS beginning the next business day. Leave the box there
until UPS picks it up. UPS will arrive within 3-4 business days
with a pre-paid call tag and bring the box and part back to the
factory. Once Regin has been notified that the part is at the
factory, either by the customer tracking it or by the factory
reporting it, the customer’s deposit is returned in full, minus
freight and call tag.

From the beginning of year 4
until the end of year 12, parts are available at 50% of the then
current manufacturer’s retail price for the affected part.

After the 12th year, the
parts are available at 75% of the then current manufacturer’s
retail price for the affected part.
WARRANTY PARTS ARE NOT
RETURNABLE UNLESS THEY ARE DEFECTIVE. THE CUSTOMER WILL BE ISSUED
A CONFIRMATION BY EMAIL AND HAS 24 HOURS FROM WHEN THE EMAIL WAS
SENT TO NOTIFY REGIN BY EMAIL THAT THERE IS A MISTAKE. AFTER 24
HOURS, WE WILL PROCEED WITH PROCESSING THE ORDER AS UNDERSTOOD BY
US. AFTER THE FIRST 3 YEARS, THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL
FREIGHT CHARGES.
The provisions of this
warranty apply to the original owner of the product and are not
transferable through sale by the original owner of the product.
Waterbed Mattress Warranty
11” Mattress, 15 Years Pro-Rated
This covers Regin’s 11” waterbed mattress with 1 or 2 chambers as
well as the 11” waterbed mattress with tubes. Warranty for the
bladder(s) and tubes is covered in the sections of the warranty on
“Waterbed Bladder Warranty” and “Waterbed Tube
Warranty”.

The 15 year pro-rated warranty on the 11” waterbed mattress is
a warranty against manufacturer’s defects and is pro-rated as
follows:

10” Waterbed Mattress

Waterbed Bladder
Warranty
-
If a bladder arrives back at
the factory with a knife slice, not a hole, this is not a
manufacturer’s defect, unless the bladder just arrived and the
knife slice was there when the bladder arrived.

During the first 5 years, a
defective bladder is replaced at no charge to the customer, except
a freight charge. The customer is charged freight in advance plus
a refundable deposit on the new bladder. After the new bladder has
been fit into the bed, drain all of the water possible out of the
defective bladder. Draw a circle with a water proof marker around
the hole. With a pair of sharp scissors, cut the valve and
the part of the chamber with print on it, as well as the swath
containing the circle and hole. Send these sections to the address
provided to you by Regin when you reported the warranty. Ship the
package so that you can track its progress. When the package has
been received at the factory and processed, your deposit will be
refunded.

For the next 5 years, the
customer pays 50% of the current retail price for the bladder.

For the final 5 years, the
customer pays 75% of the current retail price for the bladder.
Water Tube Warranty
-
During the first year, a
defective tube is replaced at no charge to the customer, except
for a freight charge. The customer is charged freight in advance
plus a refundable deposit on the new tube. After the new tube has
been fit into the bed, drain all of the water possible out of the
defective tube. Draw a circle with a water proof marker around the
hole. With a sharp pair of scissors, cut the valve and the part of
the tube with print on it, as well as the swath containing the
circle and hole. Send these sections to the address provided to
you by Regin when you reported the warranty. Send it so that you
can track its progress. Once it has been received at the factory
and processed, your deposit will be refunded.

Murphy Bed
Warranty
The warranty on the Murphy Beds is carried by the manufacturer,
Murphy Wall-Beds Hardware, Inc. This is not a Regin warranty.
Murphy Bed Warranty on Frame, Mechanism, Hardware

Murphy Bed provides a full
replacement warranty on any hardware, frame or mechanism found
defective because of workmanship for a lifetime period, from the
date of purchase. This warranty is applicable for both residential
and commercial applications. The replacement part must be returned
for inspection, at the customer’s expense, to Murphy Bed, before
replacement.

Murphy Bed Warranty
on Cabinetry

For a period of 5 years from
date of purchase, Murphy Bed will replace any cabinetry found to
be defective because of workmanship. Defective parts must be
returned to Murphy Bed, postage paid, for inspection before
replacement. Murphy Bed cabinets are designed and intended for
controlled interior applications only. This warranty is not
transferable to subsequent owners.
Electric Adjustable Bed Warranty
Flex-A-Bed Premier Model 780 Adjustable Bed Warranty

If you have a warranty
problem with your Flex-A-Bed Premier Model 780 adjustable bed,
contact Regin, Inc. at 800-474-0309. Regin will process the
warranty and work with Flex-A-Bed’s warranty department.

Your new Flex-A-Bed Premier
Model 780 Electric Adjustable Bed comes with a lifetime,
transferable warranty that covers the entire bed except freight.
This is a manufacturer’s warranty, held by Flex-A-Bed, the
product’s manufacturer. It is not a Regin warranty.

For the first 5 years,
Flex-A-Bed will repair any part of your Premier Model 780 at no
charge to you except for freight.
-
From the 6th through the 15th
year, any repair is made for a flat $40, in addition to freight,
no matter what part of the bed is being repaired.
-
From the 16th year thru the
lifetime of the bed, any repair is made for a flat $100, in
addition to freight.
-
Note: If the
damage to the bed was caused by other than a manufacturer’s
defect, the warranty provisions do not apply and the part will be
replaced at the current retail price.

If you purchased a Flex-A-Bed
mattress at the time of your purchase to be used with your Model
780 adjustable bed, this warranty applies to the mattress also.
Flex-A-Bed Model 183 Hi-Low Adjustable Bed Warranty

Every Flex-A-Bed Model 183
Electric Adjustable Bed is covered by a 5 year manufacturer’s
warranty by Flex-A-Bed. This is not a Regin warranty.

During the first 5 years
after purchase, the mattress may be returned to the factory,
freight pre-paid where it will be repaired, replaced or
reconditioned at the factory’s option. It will be returned,
freight collect.

The customer is responsible
for all freight under this warranty.
-
If you purchased the matching
Flex-A-Bed innerspring mattress for use with your Model 183 Hi-Low
adjustable bed, it is also covered under this warranty.
Leggett & Platt Electric Adjustable Bed Warranty
S-Cape Electric Adjustable Bed
This is a manufacturer’s warranty, provided by Leggett & Platt. It
is not a Regin warranty.

The S-Cape Adjustable
Electric Bed is provided with a 1 year full service warranty by
Leggett & Platt with the option, at the time of registering, to
purchase an extended warranty.

With the standard
manufacturer’s warranty, parts only are covered during the 2nd
year of ownership.

applies with this bed. Details arrive with the bed.
Pro-Motion Electric
Adjustable Bed
This is a manufacturer’s warranty, provided by Leggett & Platt. It
is not a Regin warranty.

The Pro-Motion Adjustable
Electric Bed is provided with a 1 year full service warranty by
Leggett & Platt with the option, at the time of registering, to
purchase an extended warranty.

With the standard
