It's simple: Try your new Regin mattress in the privacy of your own home. If at any time during your 30 night in home trial period you decide you are not satisfied, call Regin toll FREE at 800-474-0309 for return shipping instructions. Regin will take back its standard size* air, foam or waterbed mattress with which you are dissatisfied and refund the amount paid. (Less shipping, handling and, in some instances, a nominal fee for processing may apply).

*Standard size mattresses are those sizes listed on our website.
It does not include adjustable electric bed mattresses. Mattresses purchased with adjustable electric beds are not returnable. Adjustable electric beds are not returnable.

Terms & Conditions

I agree that I have read and understand the terms and conditions of this sale, including the warranty information contained in the warranty section of this website. I hereby authorize Regin, Inc. to make a one time charge to my credit card for the amount of this sale. I understand that I have 30 days from the date of delivery in which to return my standard size mattress or foundation (Standard sizes are those sizes listed on the website at www.Regin-Inc.com). If I decide to return, I must telephone Regin at 800-474-0309 for return instructions. It is further understood that all freight is the responsibility of the customer in the event the customer decides to return under the provisions of the 30 day trial OR if the customer cancels the order after is has been shipped.

It is understood that normal leveling or flattening out of materials or body impressions may occur in the normal use of this or any mattress.  This does not indicate a defect in materials and is not replaceable under the warranty.  Body impressions in a mattress indicate that the upholstery layers are conforming to your body's individual contours.  These are not structural defects but normal occurrences in the performance of the mattress.

20 Year Limited Warranty

Regin's Twenty (20) Year warranty on air mattresses will start from the date of purchase.

1) The first three (3) years full.*

2) The next twelve (12) years at 50% of then current manufacturer's suggested retail price.*

3) The next 5 years (5) years at 75% of then current manufacturer's suggested retail price.*

Regin's Twenty (20) Year warranty on foam mattresses will start from the date of purchase.

8" Imagination - First four (4) years full.*

10" Exhilaration - First five (5) years full.*

12" Tranquility - First five (5) years full.*

After the full coverage portion of the warranty, replacement cost is 1/20th of the then current manufacturer's suggested retail price of the affected item, multiplied times the number of years owned.*

Regin's waterbed mattresses will start from the date of purchase.

Fullfillment and Rapture - 15 year warranty as follows:

The first five (5) years full.*
Years 6 - 15 at 1/15th of the then current manufacturer's suggested retail price of the affected item, multiplied times the number of years owned.*

Contentment - Regin's 14 year warranty will start from the date of purchase.

The first four (4) years full.*
Years 5 - 14 at 1/14th of the then current manufacturer's suggested retail price of the affected item, multiplied times the number of years owned.*
